Bruce Kohlsmith

Bruce Kohlsmith has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the sales and management field. Bruce is currently working as the Americas Sales Director for Suominen Corporation. Prior to this, they spent over a decade at Celanese, where they held several positions including Sales Director, Sales Senior Manager, Account Manager, and Market Development Engineer. At Celanese, they successfully led multiple sales and development teams, achieved sales and pipeline goals, and played a key role in record-breaking quarters for the company. Before their time at Celanese, Bruce worked as a Midwest Regional Sales Manager at Amcor. Bruce also has extensive experience at Sekisui Specialty Chemicals, where they held various roles including Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Product Manager, Application Engineer, Foaming Group Leader, and Process Engineer. Throughout their career, Bruce has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive sales growth, manage teams, and achieve exceptional results.

Bruce Kohlsmith obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Plastics from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Following a break in education, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Finance from Western Michigan University, where they attended from 2001 to 2004.
