Rhona Miclat

Rhona Miclat, MHRIR, CHRP has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Rhona is currently working at Super.com as the Director of People & Talent. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Senior Manager of People & Talent and People & Culture at the same company.

Before joining Super.com, Rhona worked as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Pfaff Automotive Partners from 2020 to 2022.

Rhona also has experience at DB Schenker, where they served as the National Manager of Human Resources for Canada and later as the Regional Manager of Human Resources for Central & Eastern Canada.

Rhona's previous roles include being a Team Lead of Human Resources Business Partner and a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Bill Gosling Outsourcing.

Rhona began their career at CBI Health Group as a Regional Human Resources Generalist and then worked as a Recruiter and Human Resources Generalist at Adecco.

Rhona Miclat holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Rhona also has an Honours Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from York University. Additionally, Rhona has obtained certifications as a Certified Facilitator in Korn Ferry 360 and Korn Ferry Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry. Rhona is also a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) through the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
