Jessica Kowalski

Jessica Kowalski has had a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 as an Office Administrator for Hearing Health Care Services. In 2011, they worked as an IT Department Student Intern for the University of Wisconsin Washington County. In 2016, they served as a Social Media Intern for ZeroZen Design, and in 2017 they worked as a Social Media & Internal Communications Intern for Hatch AVL. From 2018-2022, Jessica worked at WorkSmart as an Associate Technical Account Manager and Technical Support Representative, and they currently work as a Sales Engineer for Super Dispatch.

Jessica Kowalski has a diverse educational background. Jessica completed their high school diploma at Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School from 2006 to 2010. Jessica then attended Carteret Community College from 2012 to 2015 and obtained an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Technology. Finally, they attended the University of North Carolina Asheville from 2015 to 2017 and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies with a Minor in Computer Science. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Craven Community College, Microsoft, and CompTIA, including Project Management Fundamentals (2021), Microsoft Technology Associate (2013), and A+ (2014).
