Leonardo Paulo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Leonardo began their career as an intern at Uniseg Assessoria e Corretora de Seguros S/C Ltda in 1999. Leonardo then worked as a Webmaster and Support at Radio Cultura AM/FM from 2000 to 2003. From 2007 to 2011, Leonardo worked as an Engenheiro da Computação at Micron Sistemas e Comercio Ltda. Leonardo joined Supermicro in 2012 as a Sales Engineer before advancing to the role of Account Manager. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Strategic Sales Manager, where they played a key role in establishing the company's presence in various market verticals and enabling multiple routes to market. Leonardo eventually became the Sales Director for Latin America operations, responsible for managing the sales and BDM team and maintaining relationships with channel partners in several countries.

Leonardo Paulo obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Engenharia da Computação from Universidade Santa Cecília, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. In 2011, they attended a program on Técnicas de Vendas at Fabrica da Comunidade in Cubatão/SP but did not receive a degree.
