Maciej Mackowiak has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Maciej started their career at Accenture as an Analyst in 2008. After that, they worked at Thomson Reuters, where they held various roles such as Data and Application Specialist, Business Development Executive, and Strategy Analyst. In 2012, they joined SII Polska as an Account Manager. Subsequently, they worked at CD PROJEKT RED, Corporate-Wellness.pl, and MobileMed as a Sales Manager. In 2014, they also held the position of Sales Manager at eMag Poland. At eMag Poland, they later transitioned to roles such as Project Manager, Business Development Manager, Customer Experience Manager, Content Manager, and Customer Experience and SEO Manager. In 2020, they joined Super Pharm Poland Sp. z o.o. as a Digital Development Manager, and they currently hold the position of Lead Product Manager.

Maciej Mackowiak completed their Master's degree in Corporate Strategic Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2002 to 2007. Maciej also pursued a CEMS Master's in International Management as part of the CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education program from 2006 to 2009. During this time, they also studied Economics and Business Administration at Maastricht University and participated in the International Management Program at Stockholm School of Economics, both in 2006. Maciej has additional certifications in Growth Hacking with Digital Marketing, Google Analytics Individual Qualification, PRINCE2 Foundation, and ITIL Foundation v3.
