Kathy Spohn has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kathy started their career at SuperInterns.com as a Human Resources Coordinator in 2019. Kathy then joined Affordable Custom PC as a Human Resources Specialist, where they established processes and procedures, designed roles and responsibilities, and provided recruitment support. In 2019, Kathy joined Super Purposes™ as a Sr. HR Coordinator, where they performed various HR tasks such as onboarding, coaching, and maintaining personnel records. Kathy later took on the role of Sr. HR DA Specialist at the same company, where they conducted training sessions, performed second interviews, and processed employee paperwork. In 2020, they became a Sr. HR Specialist at Super Purposes™, responsible for recruiting and mastering different platforms, conducting meetings, and providing emotional wellness support. Recently, Kathy has been promoted to the position of Jr. Director of People & Talent at Super Purposes™.

Kathy Spohn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Admin Tech Bachelor from Independence University from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Twin Falls High School from 1985 to 1988 and obtained a diploma.
