Shugufa Shukoori has a diverse background in human resources and capacity development. Shugufa is currently working at Super Purposes™ as a Lead Human Resources Specialist, where they conduct interviews, leads team meetings, and provides coaching and training to team members. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at the same company, where they conducted initial interviews and sourced candidates through various outlets. Shugufa has also gained experience working at organizations such as Creative Associates International, GIZ- the Civil Peace Service (ZFD) Project, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, Children Women Education Found (CWEF), and Rahyab Handicraft Company (RHC), where they held various roles related to human resources, capacity building, and staff advocacy. Overall, Shugufa has a strong background in HR and has effectively supported organizations in their human resources and capacity development initiatives.
Shugufa Shukoori completed their 12th Grade high School Degree at Zarghona High School from 1996 to 2008. Later, they pursued a bachelor's degree in LLB with a field of study in political science and diplomacy at Kardan University from 2009 to 2013.
