Stephan has more than 30 years of leadership experience, including strategy, change management, and high-performance team building. With an innate ability to quickly understand market demands to align company capabilities with current and target markets, he has been driving P&L and operational performance improvements for global automotive and machine tool OEMs as well as contract manufacturing companies. Stephan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Business.
