Head of Customer Success at Superb AI

Tyler McKean has held a variety of roles in the tech industry over the past nine years. In 2012, they began their career as a Teller at U.S. Bank. In 2015, they joined Intel Corporation as a Software Validation Engineer Intern, where they developed and implemented test automation frameworks for several operating systems and Bluetooth configurations, created and integrated hundreds of test cases from manual execution test suites to fully automated test suites, and owned a novel testing project in which virtual platforms were used to test features before silicon production. In 2018, they joined Huron as a Senior Technical Consultant, where they designed, developed, and managed a team of engineers to build a test automation framework for their SaaS portfolio leading to an estimated savings of $0.5M/yr, and led an effort to transform SaaS portfolio best practices in the areas of documentation and the development cycle resulting in the successful conversion of over 30 projects. In 2021, they joined Superb AI Inc. as Head of Customer Success and Technical Customer Success Manager.

Tyler McKean attended Portland State University from 2013 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Tyler also attended Portland State University from 2010 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics.
