Gabriela Olaru (Nechita)

Gabriela Olaru (Nechita) has extensive work experience in the field of rewards management and talent information solutions. Gabriela currently works at Superbet as the Group Rewards Manager. Prior to joining Superbet in October 2020, they worked at Mercer for four years as the Talent Information Solution Leader for Romania. Before that, they spent six years at Hay Group, where they held various roles, including Account Manager and Reward Information Services Analyst. Gabriela'stenure at Hay Group lasted from November 2010 to May 2016.

Gabriela Olaru (Nechita) pursued their education at the University of Bucharest. From 2007 to 2010, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the Faculty of Sociology. Following this, they continued their academic journey at the same institution and received a Master's Degree in Management of Human Resources from the Faculty of Sociology, completing their studies in 2012.
