Ramona Florescu began their work experience in 2010 as a Complaint Agent at Telemobil. Ramona then moved on to COSMOTE Mobile Telecommunications S.A., where they worked as a Loyalty and Retention Supervisor from September 2011 to January 2014. Following this, Ramona joined Telekom Romania in January 2014 as the Head of Online Sales Activities, a role they held until 2017. In 2017, Ramona joined Superbet as the Head of Customer Support, where they are currently employed.

Ramona Florescu earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Public Relations from the University of Bucharest, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
