Prabhat Maurya has over 11 years of experience in customer service and operations management. Prabhat currently works as the Head of Customer Delight at SuperBottoms, where they have created processes to improve the customer journey and implemented automation to reduce manual efforts. Prabhat has also worked closely with management to implement policy changes based on customer feedback. Prior to this, Prabhat worked as the Head of Customer Experience at FlowerAura, where they focused on increasing repeat buyers and maintaining service quality. Prabhat also served as an Assistant Manager at Bagittoday, a Team Lead at Snapdeal, and a Supervisor at VCustomer Services Pvt Ltd. Throughout their career, Prabhat has been instrumental in improving customer satisfaction scores and reducing response times.

Prabhat Maurya completed their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Delhi University from 2008 to 2011. Following this, in 2014, they pursued a Certificate Course in Photography at the Indian Institute of Photography. During their high school years, from 1994 to 2006, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya in Guwahati, where they focused on Science. Additionally, Prabhat Maurya obtained a certification as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Udemy in January 2022.
