Mark Bradshaw

Mark Bradshaw has extensive experience in the legal field. From 1998 to 2015, they worked as a Partner at Shulman Hodges & Bastian LLP. In 2015, they joined Alecto Healthcare Services as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, where they were responsible for various legal operations in the healthcare sector. Since 2019, Mark has been working at SuperCare Health as the Chief Legal Officer, overseeing legal, compliance, human resources, and risk management functions. Mark is also a member of the executive leadership team and serves as the Corporate Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors.

Mark Bradshaw has a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature from UC Irvine. Mark then went on to attend Whittier Law School, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree. In addition to their formal education, Mark has also obtained certifications in Healthcare Privacy Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), Healthcare Compliance from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB), a License to Practice Law from the State Bar of California, and the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional designation from SHRM.
