Kristen Bengo

Kristen Bengo, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President of People at SuperCare Health since August 2023, overseeing human resources functions to enhance talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Previously, Kristen was a Senior People Partner at Carbon Health from December 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included collaborating with the Field Operations team and supporting change management during rapid growth. Additionally, Kristen held various leadership roles at Target from January 2017 to December 2020, focusing on team development and succession planning, as well as serving at Macy's from August 2012 to December 2016 with a focus on sales management and staff development. Kristen obtained education from the University of Colorado Denver.
