Marciane Tañada

Marciane Tañada has extensive experience in customer success, training, and management roles. Marciane is currently working as a Customer Success Lead at Supercast. Prior to this, they worked as an Intermediate Customer Success Manager at Thinkific, where they provided training, conducted one-on-one and group sessions, and tracked customer success. Before that, they were a Product Success Coach at Orbis Communications, where they helped customers define their goals and resolve product issues. Marciane also served as an Ontario App Leader and Store Manager at BonLook, where they were responsible for training store managers and overseeing retail operations. Marciane began their career as an Undergraduate Recruiter and Digital Media Assistant at McMaster University, promoting the university and producing educational content. Marciane also has experience as a Sales Associate at Victoria's Secret Pink.

From 2012 to 2016, Marciane Tañada attended McMaster University where they pursued a Combined Honours B.A in Multimedia and Communication Studies. Their field of study during this time was focused on Multimedia and Communication Studies.
