Niko Snirvi

Game Operations at Supercell

Niko Snirvi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Niko started their career as a Substitute Teacher at the Municipality of Askola in 2010. In 2011, they joined Accountor Group as an Analyst, where they worked on KPI development, team-level management tools, CRM implementation, and investor reporting until 2014.

In 2012, Niko began their role as an Analyst trainee at NAG Oy, serving the company's industrial and private equity clients. From 2013 to 2014, they held positions at Aalto University, including Head Assistant for Industrial Engineering and Management 1, where they managed a team of assistants, and Course Assistant for Introduction to Industrial Management.

In 2014, Niko worked as an Analyst at Elisa, conducting market intelligence analyses and coordinating Elisa's research collaboration with scholars and scientific organizations worldwide through the trainee program. Niko also completed their Master's Thesis at Elisa in 2015, focusing on applying the Lean Startup approach in an established corporation.

Following their thesis, Niko returned to Aalto University as a Course Assistant for Industrial Engineering and Management 1 in 2015. Niko supported the practicalities of the course, conducted tutorial lectures, and graded assignments and exams.

In 2016, Niko joined Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant and worked their way up to Senior Manager. During their time at Bain, which lasted until 2023, they led day-to-day operational tasks, managed case teams, and served clients in various industries, including Technology, Industrial Goods & Services, and Private Equity. Their project experience included Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, Performance & Process Improvement, and Commercial Due Diligence.

Most recently, starting in 2023, Niko has been working at Supercell in the Game Operations role.

Niko Snirvi attended Askola high school from 2006 to 2009 where they completed their Matriculation Examination in General Studies. Niko then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (M. Sc. Tech) at Aalto University School of Science from 2010 to 2016. In 2014, they also had the opportunity to be an Exchange Student at the National University of Singapore, where they continued to study Industrial Engineering and Management.
