Patrick Cronin has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting roles. Patrick started their career at Volt Workforce Solutions in 1994, where they gained expertise in sales, recruitment, and P&L management as a Branch/Area Manager. Patrick then moved up to become a Staffing Program Manager and Corporate Director for Professional Search, where they provided leadership training and direction to staff nationwide. In 2008, they joined Volt Technical Resources as the Vice President of Professional Search/Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, where they were responsible for creating the Professional Search Division. After a short stint at Schawk as Director of Staffing, Patrick joined LinkedIn in 2011 as the Director of Talent Acquisition. In this role, they developed data-driven processes to scale recruiting for various regions and managed a team of 75+ professionals. Patrick played a crucial role in the company's rapid growth from 900 to 8000 employees. In 2015, they joined Supercell, where they were involved in talent acquisition and people-related activities. Most recently, Patrick joined BrightHire in 2020 as part of the Customer Advisory Board.
Patrick Cronin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UC Irvine. Patrick also obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Corporate - Volt Technical Resources. Additionally, they received an Instructor certification in Scuba Diving from the PADI Professional Association of Diving Instructors. Patrick has also obtained additional certifications, including being a LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter, an Open Water Scuba Instructor from the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI), and a Six Sigma Black Belt from Volt.
