Gergő Póta

Gergő Póta has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Gergő is currently the Head of Data & Analytics at Supercharge since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Wizz Air where they held two roles. From February 2021 to June 2022, they served as the Analytics & Pricing Manager, responsible for implementing data science in pricing non-ticket revenues and developing pricing strategies. From November 2016 to January 2021, they were the BI Manager, overseeing the Business Intelligence team and building data systems to support data-driven solutions and identify cost-saving opportunities. Before working at Wizz Air, Gergő worked at Pactera as a BI Consultant and Project Lead from October 2014 to October 2016, leading various BI projects for General Electric Oil and Gas. Lastly, they worked at IT Services Hungary Kft. as an Experienced Research & Development Specialist from May 2011 to October 2014 and as a BI Developer from April 2010 to May 2011.

Gergő Póta's education history includes completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended the University of Szeged from 2006 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Software Information Technologist with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science. Gergő Póta also holds two additional certifications related to Oracle PL/SQL development. Gergő obtained the Oracle Advanced PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional certification from Oracle in December 2013, as well as the Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate certification, also from Oracle, in December 2013.
