Senior Product Manager at Superconductive

Erik Hencier is currently a Senior Product Manager at Superconductive. Prior to that, they were a Senior Product Manager at Hypergiant from March 2021 to February 2022. Erik's previous company was the World Health Organization where they were a Product Owner from April 2020 to December 2020.

Erik has a lot of experience in the product development field. At Hypergiant, they owned two product roadmaps and was in charge of managing inputs from users, executives, engineering, sales, and market/competitive analysis for an AI Operations platform. Erik also iterated and validated new product experiences with a UX designer through intensive design research and reviews. In addition, Erik led the early access program and successfully obtained valuable user feedback and optimized the onboarding process.

At the World Health Organization, Erik defined the MVP product requirements for a digital learning experience platform focused on improving public health outcomes. Erik also established internal processes to improve transparency and obtain group consensus on key product decision points, including creation of external and internal advisory groups on learning technology, product show & tells, sprint review summaries. Erik also worked directly with Facebook Reality Labs to co-design and co-develop an augmented reality (AR) learning experience on personal protective equipment (PPE) for the WHO Academy mobile application as part of the COVID-19 emergency response team making numerous product trade-off decisions.
