Senior Sales Manager, APAC Indirect Markets at Supergoop!

Chloe Goncalves 鹅蛋 has a diverse work experience. Chloe began their career in 2012 as a Marketing and Communication Intern at Serious Factory. Chloe then moved on to IBM in 2013, where they served as a Marketing Digital Assistant and a Digital and Social Media Strategist Assistant in the IBM MobileFirst Lab NY. In 2014, they became the Co-founder and Marketing Manager of Weecame, where they managed the social media strategy, created crowdfunding campaigns, recruited interns and developers, created communication assets, and organized events and parties. In 2015, they worked as a Webmarketing Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises, where they updated the website with new promotions, products, articles, and layout, and collaborated with the European project teams, the Legal and Field Sales department, the Shopper Marketing team, and the external Communication of Coca-Cola France. In 2016, they joined the Alibaba Group as an International Business Development Manager for Tmall Global and a Marketing Manager for Tmall World. Chloe also served as a Digital Marketing Manager for AliExpress. In 2019, they became a Guest Lecturer at Dauphine University. Finally, in 2021, they joined Supergoop! as a Senior Sales Manager for APAC Indirect markets, a Senior Manager for China Sales & Retail Marketing, and a China Sales & Retail Marketing Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing sales strategy for retailer and distributor accounts in China, creating and implementing the annual business plan, developing retail marketing strategies, managing daily and weekly sales, and analyzing sales by channel, SKU, and by door.

Chloe Goncalves 鹅蛋 has a diverse educational background. Chloe obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Sungkyunkwan University in 2013. Chloe then went on to pursue a DUT Techniques de Commercialisation in Commerce from IUT Amiens from 2009 to 2011. After that, they earned a Master's degree in Digital Marketing from INSEEC Grande Ecole from 2012 to 2015. Finally, they obtained a Master's degree in International Business from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, Chloe has certifications in HSK 4, obtained in November 2018, and TOEIC SCORE : 930 / 990, obtained from ETS Global B.V.
