Fion M. has been working in the design industry since 2008. Starting as a Designer for Moiselle Group, Fion then moved to Global Trading---Fashion Club--MA as a Brand Designer in 2009. In 2011, Fion became a Brand Senior Fashion Designer for Betu (Tungtex (Holdings) Company Limited) (with eCommerce marketing). Fion then moved to SA international Limited as a Senior Designer with Online Marketing Executive (ecommerce) in 2013. In 2016, Fion joined IFN as a Web & App designer with Online Marketing Executive (ecommerce)(IFN). In 2017, Fion joined Inskin Media as a Digital and Web designer. In 2019, Fion joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Senior Digital Designer, mainly focusing on Digital Advertising production including designs and animations. In 2021, Fion became a Manager, Digital Design & Content for DFS Group Limited, and a Design Manager, APAC for Supergoop!.

Fion M. graduated from the University of California in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. Prior to that, they attended the University of California from 2014 to 2018. Fion graduated from high school in 2014.
