Karen Bollert

Karen Bollert currently serves as the AVP of Regulatory Affairs, QA & Safety at Supergoop! since September 2023. Prior to this role, Karen has held various positions in regulatory affairs, including President of Fernwood Regulatory Consultants LLC since July 2022, and Head of Regulatory Affairs at Orveon Global from December 2021 to July 2022, where leadership involved overseeing the regulatory transition of former Shiseido brands. Karen has extensive experience with Shiseido Americas Corporation, having progressed from Senior Manager to Director of Regulatory Affairs from April 2013 to December 2021. Earlier in the career, Karen worked at Elizabeth Arden Inc. as Manager and Senior International Specialist in Scientific & Regulatory Affairs and at Prostrong Inc. as Manager of QA/R&D from 2001 to 2008.
