Nathalie Chemaly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the board game and customer success industries. As Co-Founder of SuperHeated Neurons since October 2015, Nathalie has played a pivotal role in establishing a leading multinational publisher and distributor of board games in the Arab World, with headquarters in Dubai and Beirut. Additionally, Nathalie co-founded Square 51, a chain of board game cafes dedicated to fostering community engagement and creativity. Nathalie's background in customer success is underscored by a progressive career at HubSpot from November 2016 to March 2024, culminating in roles such as Manager and Principal Customer Success Manager for Southeast Asia and India. Earlier professional experience includes account executive positions at Rakuten Asia Pte Ltd and Mediapost. Nathalie holds a Master's degree in Communications Management and Technology from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design with a minor in Business from the American University of Beirut.
