Luke Maucione is an accomplished metallurgist and engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Process Metallurgist at Superior Aluminum Alloys, Luke focuses on supporting new product development and enhancing processes with an emphasis on sustainability. Prior to this, positions included Plant Manager at Lufkin Industries, General Manager at Elkhart Tri-Went Industrial, and Director of Engineering at Rea Magnet Wire, where leadership involved growth in diversified products and engineering excellence. Previous roles at SCAFCO Corporation, Spokane Industries, Kaiser Aluminum, and Algonquin Industries further established expertise in quality management, strategic deployment, and manufacturing operations. Luke holds a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an M.S. in Material Science and Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.
