Kelli Bennett

Kelli Bennett has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to 2023. Kelli started their career at Bankers Life and Casualty as a Recruiter, Trainer, and Unit Sales Manager, where they excelled in conducting interviews and delivering training. In 2007, they worked as a Strategic Compensation Intern at Roche Diagnostics, where they collaborated on a salary structure project and analyzed market data. Kelli then transitioned to Magnatech Manufacturing as a Human Resources Specialist, managing record-keeping systems and developing HR materials. Kelli continued their HR career at The GEO Group, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing recruiting and staffing. Following that, they worked at Magna Powertrain as an HR Generalist, gaining knowledge in employment legislation and policy maintenance. Kelli then served as an HR Manager at Greatbatch Medical, leading recruitment efforts and providing guidance to the Plant Leadership Team. Most recently, they worked at D&W Fine Pack as a Regional Human Resources Manager, implementing direct hiring practices and contributing to strategic manpower planning.
