Zack Bailey

Zack Bailey has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Zack began their career as a Student-Athlete in wrestling at the University of Oklahoma from 2006 to 2012. After that, they worked as an Athlete and Coach at USA Wrestling starting from 1993.

In 2012, they joined BNSF Railway and held several positions, including Mechanical Foreman I, Human Resources Generalist, Senior Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Manager, Manager II Railroad Training, and most recently, Human Resources Director. Zack worked in different divisions and provided support in various areas such as field operations and training services.

Currently, Zack works at Superior Bowen as the Director of Human Resources and EEO Officer.

Zack Bailey completed their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Oklahoma, which they pursued from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Relations from the same university, which they completed from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Zack Bailey has also obtained certifications. Zack is a Certified Strength Coach, obtained from Gallup in February 2023. Zack is also a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP); however, specific details regarding the institution and date of attainment are not provided.
