Christine Chmelar has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Christine started their career in 2001 at Motorola Mobility, where they held various roles. Christine began as a Senior Financial Analyst, partnering with Finance and Operations teams to develop new business quotes and financial justifications. Christine also performed quarterly reserve reviews and coordinated with international teams for detailed planning and forecasting. Christine later became a Senior Pricing Analyst, where they worked with Product Operations teams in financial analysis and managed product end-of-life activities. Christine then moved on to become a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for 52 regional accounts and driving profitable sales through effective deal negotiations and strong customer relationships. Christine also had program management responsibilities for successful product launches. Christine'slast role at Motorola was as a Senior Channel Manager, where they collaborated with North America Finance teams on pricing and sales strategies across distributor accounts. Christine then joined Superior Communications as a Sales Director in 2012.

Christine Chmelar earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University in 1997. Christine attended Northern Illinois University from 1993 to 1997. In 2008, Christine completed their education at DePaul Driehaus College of Business, obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Strategic Marketing and Planning.
