Tony Dalesandro

Director Brand Engagement & Support at Superior Communications

Tony Dalesandro has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Tony has held various roles and responsibilities, starting with their work at Communications Test Design, Inc. as a Shop Supervisor and Installer, where they focused on the installation, testing, and servicing of mobile phone equipment. Tony then worked as a Retail Sales Representative at Bell Atlantic Mobile, followed by a role as a Sales Representative at End Result. Tony further expanded their skills at Concept Marketing, where they worked as Sales Support, delivering product training to major wireless phone carriers and retailers.

In 2001, Tony joined Superior Communications as a Sales Support Supervisor, where they developed custom training programs for customers and conducted market research to increase wireless accessory sales. Tony later became the National Field Support Manager and then the Director of Brand Engagement & Support in December 2018. In these positions, Tony oversaw operations, developed training programs, and collaborated with brand and retail partners to maximize accessory sales for Superior Communications in the US and Canada. Tony Dalesandro attended the Community College of Allegheny County from 2002 to 2003, where they studied General Aviation. Prior to that, they attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1992 to 1994, majoring in Regional Planning and Engineering Technology.
