Burns Logan serves as the General Counsel for Superior Construction since January 2022, bringing significant experience in legal counsel across various sectors. Prior to this role, Burns was the Associate General Counsel at Jacobs from February 2015 to December 2021, where responsibilities included mediating and litigating professional liability, construction, and commercial claims on a global scale. Earlier experience includes serving as a Litigator at Lloyd Gray Whitehead & Monroe from 2010 to February 2015, focusing on construction and environmental law, and as Corporate Counsel for W.G. Yates & Sons Construction from 2006 to 2009. Burns began a legal career as an Attorney at Balch & Bingham LLP from 2004 to 2006. Educational qualifications include an MBA and JD from Samford University and a BS in Business Administration from Mississippi College.
