Jessica Kessinger

Jessica Kessinger serves as General Counsel at VAULT Strategies since November 2024, following a role as Associate Attorney at Husch Blackwell from October 2023 to December 2024. Jessica was also a Note and Comment Editor for Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology from August 2022 to May 2023, and worked as a Law Clerk at Husch Blackwell from May 2022 to May 2023. Prior experience includes a Judicial Extern position at the Arizona Supreme Court and a Legal Extern role with the United States Attorneys' Offices. Jessica began a career in legal professions as a Tax Compliance Agent at DUGGAN BERTSCH, LLC, also contributing as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Frisco Flyers Volleyball Club, Inc., and a Tax Associate at H&R Block. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from William Woods University.
