Amal Mathew

Amal Mathew is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in end user support, networking, and help desk services. Currently serving as an End User Support Specialist at the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts since November 2022, Amal previously held roles including Network Coordinator at the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, IT Help Desk Analyst at MRO, and Configuration Technician at CompuCom. Amal's experience also includes working in information technology for the City of Philadelphia and as a Data Analyst at LexisNexis. Amal holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Science and Technology from Penn State Abington and an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Community College of Philadelphia.
