Eric Trauner

Eric Trauner, PE, currently serves as the Manager of Regulatory Compliance at Superior Essex, a global leader in conducting metals, electrical wiring, and specialty chemicals, where responsibilities include overseeing environmental and safety compliance programs, export/import compliance, and energy conservation initiatives. Previously, Eric worked at Kohler Co. as a Senior Project Engineer, focusing on process engineering and project management for environmental control systems and compliance with Title V air operating permits. Earlier in Eric's career, experience included roles as a Document Archivist, Technical Writer, and Research Assistant at the Indianapolis Center for Advanced Research, where Eric contributed to the development of procedures compliant with FDA regulations and assisted in research related to ultrasonic medical devices. Eric holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Radiological Physics and Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
