P.eng Preet Atwal

Preet Atwal, P.Eng, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Facilities Engineer - Electrical at GKN Sinter Metals, where they provided project management and engineering services for facility projects. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Facilities Engineer-Electrical at Electro-Motive Diesel, managing electrical and control systems. Preet then joined Kraft Foods as a Project Engineer, overseeing facility capital and pilot projects. In 2011, they joined Genalta Power as a Project Manager, delivering power generation projects. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Upside Engineering Ltd. as an Electrical and Controls Engineer, providing technical engineering drawings and managing client relationships. In 2015, they joined ATCO Power Canada Ltd as a Project Development Engineer, leading power utility projects. Currently, they are employed at Superior Gas Liquids since 2017, and has held positions as a Project Manager, Manager of HSE and Facilities, and currently as the Director of HSE and Engineering Services.

Preet Atwal, P.Eng, MBA, pursued their education in a consistent chronological order, beginning with their undergraduate studies at Western University, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from 1999 to 2003. After gaining a solid foundation in their field, they decided to further enhance their expertise by pursuing a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, which they completed at Western University from 2003 to 2005. Recognizing the importance of business acumen in their career, Preet Atwal then joined the University of Windsor to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Preet successfully completed this program from 2008 to 2010, thereby enriching their technical knowledge with valuable business and management skills.
