Michelle Szymanski

Michelle Szymanski has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on claims support, operations, and provider relations. Michelle started their career at Family Health Plan in 1999 as a Credentialing Coordinator. In 2004, they joined M-Care and worked as a Claims Analyst and later as a Credentialing Coordinator. Since 2007, they have been with Superior HealthPlan, where they have held various roles including Provider Relations Specialist, Claims Liaison, Supervisor, Manager, and currently Director, Claims Support, Operations.

Michelle Szymanski pursued their education at Capella University from 2021 to 2024, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Prior to this, from 1993 to 1997, they attended The Ohio State University, specializing in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist, although it is unclear if they completed a degree in this field.
