Rachel Gallegos

Rachel Gallegos has extensive experience in healthcare, currently serving as a Care Manager and RN Service Coordinator at Superior HealthPlan since October 2015. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Director of Clinical Services at AccentCare, Inc. from June 2014 to October 2015. Rachel's career includes experience as a Pharmacy Charge Nurse at Matagorda Regional Medical Center from November 2008 to June 2014, and as a Clinical Supervisor at Texas Home Health from February 2005 to September 2009. Rachel began the nursing career as a Staff RN at Gulf Coast Medical Center from October 1999 to February 2005. Educationally, Rachel earned a BSN in Nursing from Texas Tech University in 2016 and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Wharton County Junior College between 2002 and 2004.
