Thomas Nguyen

Thomas Nguyen serves as the Senior Director of Pharmacy at Superior HealthPlan since May 2019, overseeing pharmacy-related benefits for over 1.3 million Texas Medicaid and Marketplace members, while managing a clinical team to ensure quality care and compliance with regulatory standards. Prior to this role, Thomas was a Clinical Account Executive at Navitus Health Solutions, providing clinical support for over 600,000 lives and implementing pharmacy formularies across multiple health plans. Additional experience includes a PGY-1 Managed Care Residency at SelectHealth, where formulary management and clinical pharmacy practices were key responsibilities.
