Gordon Musgrove

Gordon Musgrove has a diverse work experience starting in 1998 when they worked for Harris and Harris Direct as a Director of Call Center Operations, where they managed all phases of operations for over 200 non-profit organizations. Gordon then joined US Bank in 2004 as a Branch Manager, providing a wide range of financial services to consumers, businesses, and institutions. In the same year, they also joined Pacific Dental Services as a Corporate Department Head Contact Center, where they were responsible for starting and building the contact center department from scratch. In 2016, they joined American Technologies, Inc. as a Corporate Contact Center Manager, where they created the Contact Center Department and worked closely with project managers, directors, and administrative teams. In 2018, they moved to Office1 as a Customer Experience Manager, overseeing customer satisfaction. Currently, Gordon Musgrove is working at Superior as the Director of Client Delivery since December 2022, and previously served as the Manager of Technical Assistance Center.

Gordon Musgrove holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with minors in Business and History from UCLA. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Customer Service Using AI and Machine Learning," "Providing Legendary Customer Service," "Enterprise Architecture Foundations," "How to Get Great Customer Service," "Learning HubSpot CRM," and "Listening to Customers" from LinkedIn.
