Cherisa Smith

Cherisa Smith is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Recruitment Manager and HR Coordinator for the Ontario Region at Superior Propane since January 2017. Prior to this, Cherisa held various roles at Manpower from May 2013 to January 2017, including Talent Placement Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Branch Administrator, and Talent Acquisition Co-op. Responsibilities included attracting, sourcing, and interviewing top talent, alongside creating job advertisements and engaging with community partners. Cherisa holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Sheridan College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from York University.
