P.eng. Erol Bahadir

Erol Bahadir, P.Eng., currently serves as Vice President of Logistics and Customer Care at Superior Propane, a role held since January 2020, where leadership includes full management and P&L responsibility for the Ontario Region, encompassing 350 employees across 29 terminals. Prior experience at LafargeHolcim from May 2005 to January 2020 includes serving as General Manager of GTA Aggregates, overseeing 24 production sites and driving significant revenue growth through strategic commercial performance initiatives. Erol's background also includes roles in sales and operations management across Atlantic Canada, as well as plant management, culminating in a rich experience in operational management within the aggregates and propane industries. Erol holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University, earned in 2005.
