Kassie Cooke

Kassie Cooke has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving in Customer Information at Superior Water, Light and Power Co., Inc. since April 2017. Prior to this, Kassie held positions in HR Compliance and Customer Service at Lake Superior Medical Equipment, as well as multiple financial worker roles at Stearns County and Hennepin County, assisting individuals in need. Kassie's career began in technology support at Cellular One and AT&T, progressing to roles such as Team Lead and Receivable Management. Kassie holds several degrees from St. Cloud Technical and Community College, including an A.A.S in Public Welfare Financial Worker and Administrative Support.
