Julien Houle

Julien Houle is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently retired from Superior Plus Corp since December 2023, Julien has held notable positions including Vice-President of Human Resources Talent and Vice-President of HR Energy Services at Superior Plus Corp from 2012 to 2022. Prior roles include Vice-President of Corporate Human Resources at Transcontinental and Senior Director of Human Resources for France and Europe at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Julien's career began at Hudson Bay Company as a management trainee, eventually serving as Director of Human Resources for Eastern Canada. Julien holds an MBA in International Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Translation from Concordia University and a DEC in Pure and Applied Sciences from CEGEP de Maisonneuve.
