Maurizio Fumagalli

Maurizio Fumagalli is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in operations, engineering, and program management within the aerospace sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at SuperJet International since October 2008, Maurizio oversees design engineering, operational engineering, and maintenance organization activities, ensuring compliance with EASA regulations. Previously, Maurizio held multiple leadership roles at Alitalia Compagnia Aerea Italiana SpA, including Director and Maintenance Operations Director. Educational credentials include an Engineering degree in Aeronautical engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a business education from Luiss Business School. Maurizio has played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of the first SSJ100 aircraft to Interjet and has been integral in enhancing the aircraft's performance and design.
