Eleanora White serves as the Director of Customer Success for North America at Supermetrics since August 2023 and is an Advisory Board Member for the Customer Experience Certification Program at Ithaca College since June 2021. Previously, Eleanora held the position of Head of Customer Success at Cube from August 2022 to July 2023, leading the Customer Success Organization and participating in the executive team. Eleanora's earlier roles include Associate Director of Professional Services at Sprinklr, where management of the Americas PMO group occurred, and multiple leadership positions at Yext, culminating in the role of Director of White Glove Services. Eleanora's career began at The TJX Companies, Inc., where foundational experience in merchandise planning and allocation was cultivated. Eleanora holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and a certificate from the Paris Fashion Institute.
