Satu Muilu

Satu Muilu is the current VP of People at Supermetrics. Prior to this, they were the Director of Talent Acquisition - EMEA Sales at Workday from July 2018 to February 2022. In this role, they were responsible for leading Workday's Talent Acquisition team as well as strategy and execution across EMEA, partnering with our Sales organization in the region.

Before joining Workday, Satu was the Head of People Operations & Talent at Tuxera from April 2016 to June 2018. In this role, their responsibilities included attracting and hiring the best talent as well as engage and retaining them to develop the best software.

Satu began their career in 2008 as Nordic HR Manager at Skanska Residential Development Nordic. In 2011, they joined SAP as Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA North - UK, Ireland, France, BeNeLux, Nordics where they remained until 2016.

Satu Muilu has a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Turku School of Economics, with a focus in Management and Organization and Business Law. Satu also has a Master of Science in Psychology from Turun yliopisto - University of Turku, with a focus in Organizational Psychology. In addition, they have a Year 12 education from Catholic Regional College Sydenham in Victoria, Australia. Finally, they are LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter.

They work with Duleepa Wijayawardhana - CTO, Brandon Cohen - Head of Sales, US, and Gabrielle Stafford - CMO. Satu Muilu reports to Mikael Thuneberg, CEO & Founder.
