Susie Giordano

Susie Giordano is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic transactions. Currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Lime and a Board Member at Supermicro, Susie previously held roles including General Counsel at Aeris IoT SaaS and various positions at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities included serving as General Counsel (Interim) and Corporate Secretary, leading the Corporate Legal team, and managing a significant portfolio of M&A activities.
