Joe Batwinis

Joe Batwinis is a seasoned aerospace engineer with extensive experience in flight testing and subsystem engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Flight Test Engineer at Supernal since March 2024, Joe previously held roles at Northrop Grumman as a Subsystems Engineering Lead and Responsible Engineer, focusing on aircraft fuel system architecture. Joe's prior positions include Staff Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities encompassed aircraft fuel systems and subsystems leadership, and multiple roles with Northrop Grumman Corporation involving fuel system architecture. Joe began an engineering career as Team Captain for the Ohio State Baja SAE Team, overseeing team operations and vehicle design. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University, completed in 2009.
