Rob Patton

Rob Patton currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards at Supernal, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Rob held the role of Senior Director of Total Rewards at Industrious for a brief period in mid-2022 and spent nearly eleven years at BioScrip, Inc. as Sr. Director of Total Rewards & HRIS, where responsibilities included the management of Benefits and Compensation programs. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Human Resources Operations at BioScrip, Total Rewards Consultant at De Lage Landen, and Sr. Compensation & Benefits Analyst at AMETEK. Rob began the career as a Manager of Compensation at SCA Americas. Academic credentials include a BA in Psychology and Sign Language/Interpreting from Maryville College, complemented by training from ADP.
