Sarah Hayes

Sarah Hayes currently serves as the Lead Master Scheduler at Supernal since March 2024. Previously, Sarah held various roles at Archer from January 2022 to March 2024, including Project Manager and Master Scheduler, contributing to sustainable air mobility initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Master Planner at BAE Systems, and Principal Program Planning/Scheduling Analyst at Northrop Grumman, where responsibilities included leading production scheduling for the Triton Unmanned Air Vehicle Program. Additional experience encompasses senior consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton focusing on defense acquisition contract support and integrated project controls, as well as scheduling for NASA Ames Research Center on small satellite projects. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from San Diego State University and has further education from De Anza College.
