Hariharan Bharathwaj

Hariharan Bharathwaj has over 6 years of work experience. Hariharan started their career in 2016 as an Associate at ZoomRx Inc. and simultaneously worked as a Sales Manager at Zomato. In 2018, they joined Freshworks as a Senior Product Consultant (Europe & UK) and later as a Product Consultant (ANZ, ASEAN & APAC). In 2021, they moved to Chargebee as an Associate Customer Success Manager, where they managed a portfolio of 300 accounts, solved customer issues and delivered technical feature demos. Currently, they are employed as a Lead - Presales at SuperOps.ai.

Hariharan Bharathwaj obtained their Bachelor of Technology in Genetics from SRM University between 2012 and 2016. In June 2020, they obtained two additional certifications: Data Science: R Basics from edX and Introduction to Negotiation: A Strategic Playbook for Becoming a Principled and Persuasive Negotiator from Coursera.
