Kannan Santharam

Kannan Santharam has been working in the tech industry since 2016. Kannan began their career as a Web Application Developer and Web Designer at Niche Video Media, LLC in 2016. In 2018, they worked as a Software Developer at Infigenic, LLC until it was acquired by Freshworks. At Freshworks, they held two roles: Senior Software Engineer and Onboarding Engineer. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Frontend Engineer at SuperOps.ai. During their time at Freshworks, Kannan implemented multiple Freshworks add-ons and REST API services, created wireframes using Balsamiq, and mentored the team. As an Onboarding Engineer, they built UI webpages and REST API services and integrated multiple SaaS products with Freshworks products. At Niche Video Media, they designed, implemented, and monitored web pages, plugins, and functionality, as well as implemented various features. Kannan also built an Admin dashboard that allowed the company to create a pricing plan dynamically.

Kannan Santharam completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science and Engineering from KLN College of Information Technology between 2011 and 2015. Kannan also completed their 12th from Sourashtra Higher Secondary School in 2010-2011, with a focus on Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. In addition, they obtained an AMCAT Certified Data Processing Specialist certification from Aspiring Minds in September 2014, and a LAMP certification from Winways Infomatics Pvt.Ltd.
